1. Booking & Payment

1.1 A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received.
1.2 A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your order and event date.
1.3 The remaining balance must be at pick up (transfer or cash)
1.4 Orders placed within 7 days of the event date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
1.5 Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your order.
1.6 A 15% rush fee is applied to any order placed less than 7 days notice.
1.7 All prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.2 If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the event date, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded.
2.3 Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable due to preparation and ingredient costs already incurred.
2.4 In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund of monies paid will be provided.

3. Design & Custom Orders

3.1 Every effort will be made to create your cake as discussed; however, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
3.2 Inspiration images are used as a guide only. Exact replicas of another decorator's work cannot be guaranteed.
3.3 Any changes to the design, flavour, size, colour scheme, or decorations must be requested in writing.
3.4 Design changes requested within 14 days of the event date may not be possible and may incur additional charges.

4. Collection & Delivery

4.1 Pickup must occur within your 30 minute window. If you're more than 30 minutes late, pickup time may need to be rescheduled.
4.2 Once a cake has been collected by the customer or their representative, responsibility for the cake transfers to the customer.
4.3 Customers are responsible for transporting cakes on a flat, stable surface in an air-conditioned vehicle.

5. Storage & Serving

5.1 Cakes should be stored according to the instructions provided.
5.2 We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect storage, transportation, handling, or display after collection or delivery.
5.3 Fresh flowers supplied by third parties are used at the customer's own risk.

6. Allergens

6.1 Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including, but not limited to, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten.
6.2 While reasonable precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6.3 Customers are responsible for informing guests of any potential allergens.

7. Photography

7.1 We reserve the right to photograph our cakes and use the images for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional purposes.

8. Liability

8.1 Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or consumption of our products.
8.3 Customers acknowledge that cakes are perishable products and must be handled and stored appropriately.

9. Acceptance

9.1 By placing an order and paying a deposit, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
